    An evocative trekking experience through the vineyards of Valtellina. 11 routes to discover the Alpine Nebbiolo. Over 2,500 kilometers of dry-stone walls support Valtellina's viticulture. An extraordinary series of terraces runs through the valley, the result of a harmonious relationship between man and nature.

    The Valtellina Wine and Flavors Route and the Valtellina di Sondrio Mountain Community have created a network of 11 trails among the rows of vines and scenic viewpoints, showcasing the Alpine Nebbiolo and its producers.

  • The Gaudì of Grosio (15 minutes)

    Known as the "Gaudí of Grosio," Nicola Di Cesare has made art his life's passion. Originally from Abruzzo, he has lived in Valtellina for about 50 years and met his wife in Grosio. This is something that you have to visit, we are15 minutes from this beautiful piece of open-air art.

    For 40 years, he has transformed his backyard into a unique space, using colorful, recycled materials from landfills and stones from the forest and garden to decorate arches and dry-stone walls. Plants and flowers complement this extraordinary, one-of-a-kind private park.

    Skiing in Valtellina offers incredible Alpine experiences for all levels. Just 15 minutes from Aprica and 30 minutes from Bormio, visitors can enjoy top-tier slopes, while Santa Caterina Valfurva, Ponte di Legno and Livigno provide diverse runs and scenic views within an hour's drive.

    Discover the rich history and architecture of Valtellina by visiting its many historic buildings. Highlights include Santuario della Madonna di Tirano, Palazzo Besta in Teglio, known for its frescoed courtyard, and Palazzo Salis in Tirano with its 17th-century decor. Nearby are Palazzo Omodei in Sernio and Villa Visconti in Grosio.

    In less than 15 minutes you will reach and visit these beautiful buildings starting from the ones in the Villa di Tirano borgo and Tirano. Have a walk and a coffee around in some local bar, you will live an experience like a local.
